Placenta Encapsulation - $188
This service will be completed in a sterile environment then delivered to the client. Turn around time is about 2-3 days from pick up to delivery to the client!
Did you know your hormone levels drastically drop immediately after the birth of baby? This is known to have a large impact on the birthing persons emotions and can contribute to postpartum depression and/or "the baby blues." Consuming your placenta is a wonderful way to help combat this.
With this service, I safely encapsulate your placenta using the TCM method, TCM stands for Traditional Chinese Medicine. Placentas are prepared for encapsulation with gentle steaming (to retain nutrients) with lemon, pepper, and ginger to provide a warming effect on the mother to assist in recovery, hormonal balance, energy, lactation if breastfeeding and overall well being. I prepare the placenta in this way to assist in bringing balance back to the body postpartum.

With this service you will receive your placenta capsules, as well as an umbilical cord keepsake! I don't want any part of your placenta to go to waste.

Birth Doula Support
I am a DONA-certified birth doula and regularly do trainings to keep up my knowledge base on what is going on and to improve my skills and knowledge base. I provide expecting parents with emotional/non-medical physical support; education; and promote self-advocacy. I aim to empower and support my clients to the best of my ability from pregnancy through to postpartum!
Birth Doula services include two prenatal appointments; one postpartum appointment; call, text, and email support; and I will be on-call for you 24/7 once you are 37 weeks gestation.
More appointments/visits may be scheduled as deemed necessary.
Price: $900
$400 Deposit required to reserve estimated due date. Remainder due by 36 weeks gestation, may be paid in payments.

Postpartum Support
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. My role with my Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible.
Services provided in postpartum care are: general emotional/mental/physical support as needed - "mothering the mother;" light housekeeping; baby care; errands/grocery shopping/pick ups; Promoting self-care; Helping siblings adjust; Helping with education/resources as needed; Ensure feeding is going well; Basic breastfeeding help; etc.
